Unable to open record summary in both sites and tempo

Hi All - I do have Designer access to the environment, however I'm unable to open a record summary page of all the records. Once I click on record link then I am ending up with below error. 

Even, while I am trying to open Appian OOTB record 'USERS', once I click on user name then I am ending up with the same error. Any thoughts pls ? Do I need to be added any system groups to view the record summary ?

    did you check security settings of your record ?
    Visability settings of "summary"?

    Yes. Those are all good. I believe this is not related to my application security, as I am not even able to open Appian default Users record from tempo
