Ways of creating the CDT , in the developer course

In this image its mentioned as CDT will created for record type with no data sync

But in the next course it is mentioned as CDT can be created automatically for action page for record type with datasync enabled

You can create a CDT on the same table that the Record syncs to. But I don't think it is generated automatically when you generate a Record Action.
