Weight Scale

Does anyone know of an OTB or plug in to be able to use a USB compatible weight scale to populate a particular field in an interface?  Looking to be able to place items on a scale and it auto populate the weight similar to what UPS World Ship does.

    Interesting question, I know most barcode readers are plug and play. Following to see how it goes. Did you happen to try it yet?

    Yes, I have gotten a barcode reader to work with the exception of auto tabbing to next field.

    I purchased a Dymo USB scale, but just quick "playing around" no luck.

    Barcode readers work because they emulate a keyboard and "type" the decoded values. To make a scale work like this, you would need something similar.

    Or a web/cloud-enabled scale which sends an API call to Appian.
