I know this question might be a little different and weird than any other here before, I was just re-structuring my resume and i just wanted to know as what all technical skills i can add in my resume as an Appian Developer. I would be pleased if any senior of mine from here would help me out a little with that small issue of mine.

Given your experience level you should add the Appian objects you are comfortable working with and have experience in. It normally be like Appian versions you worked on, Appian objects like Record type, Process model, SAIL interfaces, expression rule etc. if you have experience with Integrations, documents management etc those can be added in the list too. So add the skills you are comfortable working with in an appian solution in general terms.
