Where to find documentation/information on Resiliency and Capacity/Performance for our Appian instances?

Hi all,

We've got a requirement to provide some documentation/information on two things:

1. Resiliency for our Appian instances

2. The Capacity and Performance of our Appian instances

Our environments are cloud-hosted, does anyone know where would be the best place to find any info on this, either generic or specific to our instances? Can I find this myself or would I need to get in contact with someone from Appian?

I've tried having a look but I haven't come across anything yet.
