Which CacheKey, SaveInto and Context To Correlate in JMeter

Hi,

We are creating performance test scripts in JMeter, after recording the flows and running them, the scripts run fine for 1 day however they fail after 1 day, on inspecting I came across several dynamic values like CacheKey, SaveInto and Context which change often. 

Now the problem is there are several CacheKeys, SaveInto and Context in multiple responses before the requests where these values are used, how can I know which values to grab dynamically and use in the further requests. 

Can anyone please help as this is a blocking issue!

PS- I have already handled the appian csrf token and I am able to login successfully.
