KB-1558 How to add an office phone number to your Forum profile

Purpose

To ensure that Appian Support can contact the support contact for case questions, every support contact must have a current and valid phone number. This article outlines the process for updating your profile with a valid phone number. 

Instructions

1. Log in to MyAppian. 
2. Click on the profile icon on right side of screen and select Profile.
3. Click Edit Profile.
4. Input Office Phone with a valid contact phone number. 
5. Click Save Changes.
