2 times same Web-Api response Status is coming

Hi Every one,

We are getting similar issue mentioned in -  [mention:60d851851e654d28b5c4a0dae2c486c7:46448885d0e64133bbfbf0cd7b0fd6f7] 

We are getting 2 times the status code in postman and also when it goes to front end (UI part not a Appian - it is build in adobe cqms ) the status code is coming as duplicate for both the success/failure case.

Can any one  help and let us know, why are getting  this issue . Any help would be appreciated.
