Question

Accessing Azure Block Storage via API & SAS

Hi all,

I'm trying to set up an Integration that can send files from Appian to an Azure Blob Storage. I have the URL to the storage and the required SAS token, but I am not sure how to set it up properly in Appian. I created a HTTP Connected System and set the SAS token as a parameter. However, when I try to test the request via an Integration I'm receiving a 409 "Public access is not permitted on this storage account."

I was able to successfully connect and upload/delete/modify data via the Azure Storage Explorer with the same token, so I'm confused why this isn't working. An issue with a firewall? Mistake in configuration?

Appreciate any insights, maybe someone else had the same issue before and was able to solve it. :)

Best,

Matthias

You may need to to establish connection via IPSec VPN Tunnels

I would assume that perhaps the Azure Block Storage is blocked from the outside for your org. You'll need to setup connectivity between Appian Cloud and Azure.
