Advanced Call Web Service - Support SSL Client Authentication?

Does anyone know if the advanced call web service app market plugin supports SSL Client Authentication?    The documentation indicates is supports ability to call secure HTTPS services that use a self-signed certificate but unclear if that is the same thing as SSL Client Authentication.
