Good morning,
I would like to know if there is a way to dump the support tickets directly to our company's jira and in the opposite direction.

I donot think Appian exposes any API to GET and PUT data from the support cases. But you can try using RPA to achieve it. *As long as it doesn't violate any Appian's terms of using the MyAppian site.
