Appian Integration

Hi All,

I have made one rest api localhost:5000/ its working on postman but not working for appian.

Appian did not receive a response from https://localhost:5000 Next Steps

• Make sure that the URL is correct
• Try to open the URL in a web browser to verify that the external system is active
• For internal systems, contact an administrator to verify that the external system is active
• Check whether you have a firewall or VPN configuration that may be blocking access

Any suggestion , Im new to the appian
