Appian Integration with Salesforce Connected System

I am trying to create a Salesforce Connected System with Username - Password Oauth. I am getting Appian was unable to connect to the provided Instance URL The following error occurred: ConnectionTimeoutException Please ensure the Salesforce Instance URL in the Connected System is valid.
