I am trying to integrate with our Sharepoint Online platform in order to take data from it. I followed the configuration steps in the appian document (https://docs.appian.com/suite/help/24.2/Integrating_Sharepoint_with_Appian_CS.html), using the client credential - Azure ACS option but it gives me the following error:

Could you help me solve the problem?
Thank you very much.

Are you seeing this error testing the connected system or running an integration?

Do you see any additional information in the Tomcat logs?

My guess is either app policy information is misconfigured (https://docs.appian.com/suite/help/24.2/sharepoint-connected-system.html#client-credentials-authentication) or, if calling an integration, the content selected is not associated with the site that the Client Creds were generated under

I was seeing this error when I was trying to connect to the system.
After reading a lot of Microsoft documentation, you found that the Client Credentials - Azure ACS connection form is already expiring. Therefore, it is not valid to use this way for new connections. The solution is the implementation of Client Credentials - Entra ID. This request implements a certificate. With this you can solve the error.

Best Regards,
