Appian Smart Service - Facing error while executing PDF from HTML

Hi there, while using the smart service PDF from HTML I am facing issue as follows:

"bundleName for SmartServiceException, builder.smartServiceClass=class com.appiancorp.ps.xmlfo.ss.AbstractDocumentGeneration".

Searched community and no much help. Any support will be useful here.

    Further to this, the log says:

    ERROR com.appiancorp.process.engine.UnattendedJavaActivityRequest - An error occurred while executing activity: id=XXXXXXX, classname=com.appiancorp.ps.xmlfo.ss.PdfFromHtml

    java.lang.NullPointerException: bundleName for SmartServiceException, builder.smartServiceClass=class com.appiancorp.ps.xmlfo.ss.AbstractDocumentGeneration
