AppianRPA "KO" Error

Hi All,

Getting an integration error :  AppianRPA returned a KO invocation result. we have double checked the below for troubleshooting but still error persists : User has no permission to view or access the robotic process

  • The executionId is invalid or missing
  • The executionId is not in the correct format
  • An invalid API key was used to make the request

please help !!

As far as i know It's because of the RPA file Expiration , Just re Download and execute file again (I got that to when i was working in My community).

Thanks for the tips... now i can see the execution run result in the integration.. But don't know will this happen every time when we move on to prod...

I don't know why the RPA file expiring after few days. I experienced it couple of times, [mention:b45a4f6a20b14a008e4e0ec732a8bf98:e9ed411860ed4f2ba0265705b8793d05]  Can you tell us why it's happening.
