Call web service smart service blocked without error

Hi all.

I am using the call web service smart service and although the wsdl is recognized and the methods are correctly indicated, the process that uses this smart service remains blocked in the step where  I call the web service  and does not indicate any error, remaining active.

Do you have any suggestions?
