Can you add hotjar or Microsoft Clarity or any other behavoural analytics?

Can we add Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, or any other behavioral analytics tool to our Appian instance? We'd like to know whether it's possible and, if so, what the recommended approach is.

    Not possible AFAIK. I would recommend you do an enhancement request via Appian Support.

    In Appian SAIL components - site or tempo it is not possible. I did an AI based search and got to know it might be possible if your instance is embedded to another host or is a portal. Suggest you to check yourself and then get in touch with Appian Support Team for checking feasibility and understanding further details.
