Question

Connect to on premise Dynamics CRM from Appian cloud

Has anyone experience with Connecting on premise Dynamics CRM system with Appian Cloud instance ? Can it be readily done ? If not what are the pre-requisites to be completed . The On-prem system moreover is on local ADFS authentication.

not readily! Requires VPN/IPsec tunnel to expose on-prem CRM (IFD setup), public ADFS endpoints, and Connected System with service auth.
