Connected System Salesforce

I am trying to get data from Salesforce. The connected application is functional on Salesforce (tested on Postman) but, I get this error in Appian Unable to retrieve access token The following error occurred: invalid_grant authentication failure whenever I test the connection of the connected system.

Can someone please help me out with this error?

Including the security token in my password didn't fix it

I also has this issue when setting up a new developer Salesforce site for testing. There seems to be a new toggle in Salesforce with OAuth that needs to be enabled. This solved my issue. In Salesforce open "Setup", search for "OAuth" in Quick Find, select "OAuth and OpenID Connect Settings" under "Identity", toggle on "Allow OAuth Username-Password Flows".
