Teradata is not part of Appian supported RDBMS

  • MySQL
  • MariaDB
  • Oracle
  • SQL Server
  • PostgreSQL
  • DB2

I'd recommend that you explore options to access your Teradata data source using web services. If you can expose your data source as a web API, you should be able to easily connect and query with an Appian Integration object.
