Delete Document having Special Character in Name

Hello All,

We are using Sharepoint Smart Service to delete document from sharepoint. The api works fine with the delete operation if there is no special characters in the filename.

But the issues comes when any special character is present in the filename and I get the below error. Kindly advice could be the ideal way to achieve the delete operation.

SharePoint returned the following error code: -2130575338, Microsoft.SharePoint.SPException The file /sites/DR510/Shared documents/Appian Test/Testing and Sub/12041/create#.xlsx does not exist.
