Hi Appian,

 i am recently working with appian and in my project i have a requirement that i need to send data from my gmail to process model

i found below link but i am not understanding how exactly need to execute my process model by clicking on  gmail notification send button

from my mail is it possible to do that can you please help me out.

    Can you give us a few more details? I do not see the link you mention. What is your use case?

    use case: 

    we are working on incident management application in which ticket need to be created through mail. 

    please help me out how to get data from external  mail service to process model.

    On Appian cloud, your process identified by the email address as mentioned in the documentation will automatically start when you add a receive message trigger to the start node.
