Error while configuring Azure OpenAI Service in Admin Console

I'm trying to configure an Azure OpenAI service in Admin console, however when I try to test connection, I'm ending up with below error and the log shows '

Caused by: org.apache.http.ProtocolException: Target host is not specified'

Any thoughts ?
