Export Application Through Rest Api

Can we export appian application through rest-api or through command line?

    Appian provides a Rest-API for deployment actions: https://docs.appian.com/suite/help/22.1/Deployment_Rest_API.html

    However, exporting a package is done inside an application as a developer.
