Feature Request: Make Connected System Scope parameter environment specific

Some integrations (i.e. CRM Dynamics 365) have scopes tied to the environment. For some reason, this is the only parameter that we cannot put in an Import Customization file and it gets overwritten on each full deploy of the application.
