How to send a xml file to an endpoint different than the exposed in the wsdl

Hello,

I need to sent a xml file to a endpoint (https:// ) different than the endpoint publised in the exposed wsdl file  ( which is http://  for firewall reasons). How can we do it?

Enclosed the implementation and the message error.
