Integration Reponse Error

I am trying to hit the patch inspection api of appian .I want to convert the above http reponse toappian. But when I select that option I get the below error

I see that you seem to hit an endpoint that is meant to be called by a user's browser, or your authentication is somehow invalid.

Couple of things to check

1. Have you configured API key properly in your request body.

2. And is SSO enabled in target environment? If yes make sure the user is not part of SAML group as it shouldn't authenticate using SSO.
