Is there a way to access web api authenticated user

Hello!

We have an API to which user authenticates via basic auth. Is there any way in the Appian API object for me to access programmatically the user ID calling that API?

I am not super clear with your question.
You have an API outside Appian that you want to consume it in Appian via Integration object using the basic authentication and the user ID should be passed dynamically. Is that what you are asking?

If yes, then you can pass the userId as an expression in the integration.
