MasterCom Plugin issue

Has anyone successfully used the Mastercom connected system to support a full claim lifecycle?

I've noticed that the ability to create an update the initial claim needed to submit a chargeback isn't included. Wondering if anyone else has had the same issue and was able to get around it? Since Mastercom uses OAuth 1 I was hoping to be able to use this connected system to facilitate getting around Appian's lack of Oauth 1 capabilities.
