No Getting Proper response from Pacth insepection API

I have created an integration to do the patch inspection using Appian Inspect api. I am expecting the ouput as uuid of the patch but I am not getting the proper output. I am gettting the below  shown response.

The status code is 200 but I am not abole to convert the response into appian value.
