Okta Integration for SLO

Anyone was successful in setting up SLO with Okta? I am successful in setting up SSO, but for SLO, okta requires a Signature Certificate. And no matter what I provide (like one self signed generated using openssl, or provide the godday cert for Appian), it is not working. It says Signature is invalid.

Is there any pointers please?
