RWM error get acivity list

Hi, 

I'm trying to import Automation Anywhere features in Appian RWM. I followed the documentation, but I retrive an error message when I wrap the ETL Process model. 

Please, could you help me?

    Hi Erzen, 

    Which version of AA you are using for connecting with RWM? and The authentication that you are using for AA, that user has all the permissions?

    Can you check once token has been generated from "Create Token node" if not generated then mostly authentication issue.

    Hi Chandra, 

    I'm using Automation Enterprise A2019. Sure, the user has all permissions. 

    Also the Token has been generated.  Maybe there are problems with some activity, beacuase changing the ETL start date and end date it works.

    But now i can't export all Automation's process. 

    Only bots that aren't in folders are imported (please see attachments).

    Why the bots that are in folders don't be imported? I would import also folder's bots.
