Task viewer Add-in Microsoft Outloook

Hi,

have configured the office Add-in where am getting the task in Email, but the task, which gets loaded in Outlook is looking for credentials (Appian cred).

I wish to know whether this Add -in could be used only for task for non-Appian users (the one who don't have an account created in Appian server) ( tasks of nature where Yes/No response is required )

    I think it is the other way round. This can only be used for users who have an Appian account on the environment, provided you have SSO setup and you use Microsoft Suite.

    Hi Amit,

    Is the View Task option available only in Outlook Application?

    We are trying to check this in browser Outlook, but we are unable to see the option.
