Can anyone please tell me what's the reason of this error ?

I'm a beginner and  trying to integrate twitter in appian.

Hi, the error details are quite clear here. To test the integration required details you have not provided which will be query parameters and might be the relative url might not be correct. If you can share more details about the connection and url then can help more

Did you confirm if your authentication is configured correctly? In general with these kind of errors your best bet is to look within the Twitter documentation to try and identify what might be causing it. One approach is to also get the request to work via tool like Postman and make sure that your request is formatted in the same way (you can verify the request using a tab at the top of the output section that says "HTTP Request").
