"Unable to get issuer certificate" while invoking POST webAPi in Appian

While invoking a POST webAPI from Postman, I am getting error as below:

"Unable to get Issuer certificate" .

Authentication used here API-Key.

Passing as Header: Appian-Api-Key

What can be possible reasons?
