Upload document WEB API throwing 403 forbidden error

upload document web API works fine inside appian but when i try from outside(from postman)  it is throwing 403 forbidden error can anyone pls help in this

    May be try turning off the SSL certificate verification option from settings?

    More details please! Which authentication method? Does that service user have appropriate permissions?

    im using Appian API key authentication, and yes the user have appropriate permissions (api,datasore) eventhough i have updated the security for all objects which is used in that api its still throwing this 403 error

    Just a quick question, does the service account user have editor access to the folder to which the document is to be uploaded?
