web API Issue

Hi,

I tried to call web API Get method from Postman . It returns result and working fine.

But when i try to call from appian . it throws error.

errorIntegrationError

    • title"The external system encountered an error"(Text)
      • message"Failed to connect to https://api.XXX
        • detail"HTTP/1.1 500 Internal Server Error"(Text)

        What could be the issue?

        It could be due to an access issue, please check whether the user who is trying to invoke API is part of the Web API and related objects security group
