Hello,

We are trying to set up an integration with OneSpan Sign.

When i set up Web API Authentication > Appian OAuth 2.0 clients>

The Client Secret is auto-generated and is 356 characters. the Client Secret in OneSpan Sign has a limitation of 256 characters. How do we address this?

I suggest to discuss options with OneSpan.

To resolve this issue, you should manually generate a Client Secret that is 256 characters or fewer in Appian OAuth 2.0 client settings.

I didn't know you could generate a manually client Secret.. how would you do that
