when connecting to connect system and wanting to request from the API it shows that the webserver is not secure add a SSL certificate, and when i add one it says it doesn't match any of the subject alternative names

This is missing so many details .....

Some questions coming to my mind:

- What do you mean with "i made sure the certificate matches the api"?

- Is this a self signed certificate?

- Is the root CA know to Appian?

We need details, lot's of details!

- the error in appian keeps saying that the certificate that i added to verify the https website that i am extracting the API from is not matching my API request , that what i mean by i am 100% sure it is the right certificate..

Hm ... I did a quick search on google and this seems to be a pretty common problem and is not specific to Appian.
