iam not off get all the option because im pratice in online ...so that my query is i register in another one ..so now how can i register in new one which is latest ...

what type of environment you using ? new community edition or Legacy Edition ?

As far as I'm aware, most (or all) of the legacy CE instances are now shut down, and it's not possible to spin up a new one (unless by some sort of special arrangement directly with Appian).
