about invalid contentID

Any one know what reason cause "....invalid contentID..." when use processmodel's "import excel into database" function, though the value of Excel documents are clearly exist.

    Can you check the app server log if it has any detailed message ?

    Also, can you provide any sample of what kind of data your excel holds

    It was saved at a temporary system folders which can't be check, that is why the documentID could not be found

    Well yes, once you upload the document, submit the form to  have it saved to a document folder (and not the temp system folder)

    And then run your smart service. it should not throw you this error.
