Access to Appian Community Edition Site

Hi All, I am new to Appian. I am not able to access the Appian Community Edition Site. It's showing "Check Status" and says that an email will be sent. I have not received any email in this regard till now. How long does it take to receive an email in this regard. I have joined almost a month now but haven't received any email in this regard.
