Appian cloud setup for new account and project

Hi,

For the new client project, we have to setup Appian cloud infrastructure including multiple environments (dev, test, uat and prod) and database. Kindly help us in sharing the process for same.

    You will need to contact Appian. They will guide you through that process.

    Either, you or the client, will have a contact person at Appian. In case you don't know, send an email to support@appian.com and they will try their best to help.

    If the customer has procured Appian as a managed platform from Appian, using Appian's managed cloud, the client will have access to myAppian (via the forum.appian.com) and can enter a support request if they have not received the links and access to the environments procured.
    It the customer has procured licenses and they are installing in a private cloud: you can follow info here: https://docs.appian.com/suite/help/22.2/Installation_Guide.html
