Appian Step By Step Exercise 8

I am working through the Step By Step Exercises related to the developer online training and Exercise 8 is illustrating how to create a drill down report from a bar chart to a read only grid. This appears to be reliant on a link being utilized to populate a variable that is then utilized to filter the data in the grid. It is showing an option existing in the component configuration pane for creating a link on the bar chart. I am not seeing this link and have been unable to determine how to make this work. Did something change? Please let me know how I would go about doing this using a record.

    Can you confirm which version of Appian you are using? This feature was released in 21.1, so you must be on that version to add a link to a chart that is configured using records.

    That would be the reason. I am using 20.4. I was able to do it using a query entity to supply the data. Once the test environment I am using is updated to 21.1 I will have to give it another try. Thanks for your response
