Appian Tutorial - Step by Step #5 PDF?

Hello -

While going through the online Developer course, "Design Record Types: Model and Configure Your Data", I completed the course and survey, assuming I could go back into the activity.  However, now I am unable to view the activity, which will make the future steps unavailable to me.  Can someone please point me to a PDF of this step so I can complete it?

    Thank you sir!

    I'm able to continue with the pdf link - the first link still showed locked, but my guess is that is because i completed the survey and it locked the activity.
