Audit log generation in Appian

Hi,

I would like to know if there a way we can switch on Audit to generate audit log for each action in Appian.

Please advise if we have to do this activity manually.

Any advises are highly appreciate.

The health check report gives detailed analysis of different activities, it can be configured under Admin configuration page.

Can you provide more context on what kind of audit you want to generate? Are you looking to audit certain business actions (e.g. opening a case, closing a case) or more of system activites (e.g. logins, changing profile settings, etc.)

I am looking for audit log creation based on the business actions. Like certain field changes, screen actions and etc.
