can i delete ai generated data from a record field?

I created generated some sample data through ai but I have a problem with one of the fields. The createdBy field shows full names but when I add data through a record action it shows a user.

I wanted to show only users. Is there a way to delete that data or change so it displays consistent information? I tried to edit those rows but the system does not let me.I can only edit the rows I did through record actions.
