Cannot find publish option

I'm using Appian practice environment, I cannot find publish option. Can anyone help me?

You have to create an Application Action and the Publish option of the actions is inside the Application Properties config

    Can you clarify why you need to publish your application? In most cases it isn't necessary, unless you want to display actions on Tempo. Did this come from an exercise?

      As I need to test it for different user groups . Publishing App is easier to test.

      Can you explain what you mean by this?  As Peter already noted, "publishing" an app no longer has any real relevance to an Appian application, as the only difference it makes is to process models exposed as "actions" exclusively in the Tempo interface.
