Cannot find recordtype!Status

Hi,

I am new to Appian and learning the 'Certified Developer Appian' course. Under the course content I am currently doing 

Workflow >> Process Modeling 101: Automate Your Business Processes >> Exercise 8: Process Modeling 101, Part 1 >> page no. 6. See screenshot below

Strangely I am not able to find the record type Status while I am trying to define the dropdown of the status field on the 'Add Vehicle' Form. I have successfully executed all the step by step process as in this document. I am able to see the other 2 record types - Category and Condition. 

The recordType Status is existing

but when I try to find it on the expression editor I am not getting it

Product Category is the last recordType..nothing below that.

Any help will be appreciated..
